Fees and Cancelling Bookings
PCLC Full Fees are $60 per session (5 hours) or $45 for a part session (3 hours), 10.00am to 3.00pm – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Your fees may be reduced if you qualify for the Child Care Subsidy.
If you have made a booking for your child and need to cancel your booking for any reason, please ensure that you telephone the PCLC office to advise that your child will not be attending. Notification should be made as soon as possible. If early notification is not possible or unforeseen, please ensure that a notification is made to our office no later than 8.00am of the morning of the booking.
Please note that failure to notify of non-attendance will incur a full day fee of $60.00 charged to your nominated debit or credit card.
A copy of your nominated debit or credit card will be retained. This card will ONLY be used in the event of an un-reported non-appearance.
